Refund Policy

All items are final sale. There are NO refunds or cancellations on hand painted, hand made or custom orders for any reason unless the item received has been damaged due to shipment. In which case we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item and supplied with pictures for use in insurance claims.

Your purchase is a written agreement to all of our policies, including but not limiting to our shipping and our refund policy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
