What is your turnaround time?

All pre-orders and custom orders have an ETA of around 20+ weeks after payment is processed to ship. Please be aware, there is always the possibility of delay, however we do our very best to keep each order on schedule.

All ready to ship items will ship out within 3-5 business days.

 

Do you have offer Afterpay as a payment option?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Afterpay as a payment option. If you would like to talk to us about setting up a payment plan, please reach out to us! 

 

How do I care for my hand painted bag and/or cup?

Hand Painted Bags:

  • Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not scrub.
  • Keep your bag out of direct sunlight
  • Keep away from extreme heat.

Hand Painted Cups:

  • Do not soak your cup in water or leave in the sink.
  • Hand wash ONLY.
  • Keep your cup out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat.
  • Our cups are not microwave or dishwasher safe.
  • Please only use room temperature or cold drinks.

 

Will my bag look the same as it does in a photo?


Yes! Each painting will look very similar to the photo(s) provided. However, as they are all hand painted, they will each be one of a kind with subtle variations!

 

Do you accept refunds?

No, we do not accept refunds for any reason. Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled or refunded. Please read over our refund policy for more information. 

 

My item arrived damaged - what do I do?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
